The company TechSpine LLC, which, when concluding and fulfilling the purchase contract, acts within the scope of its business activity in its own name and on its own account, and sells Goods through the E-shop.

Consumer

A natural person who purchases Goods through the online store on the domain www.peptidhaus.com and for whom these Goods are not intended for the performance of employment, profession, or business.

E-shop

The Seller’s online store located on the domain www.peptidhaus.com.

Goods

Goods offered through the E-shop, intended exclusively for collector’s or research purposes and not for use as food or medicine.

Order

An act of the Consumer in connection with the E-shop expressing the Consumer’s will to purchase Goods.

Price

Shipping

These GTC regulate:

• the conditions of sale and purchase,

Article III – Order and Conclusion of the Agreement

1. The Consumer orders Goods via the E-shop at www.peptidhaus.com.
2. The description, properties, availability, and price of Goods are listed in the E-shop.
3. Registration is not required but is allowed. The Consumer must provide accurate information when placing an order.
4. After registration, the Consumer may access their account for future purchases.
5. Orders are placed according to instructions provided in the E-shop.
6. Goods are added to the cart using the “Add to Cart” button.
7. The Consumer selects the shipping method in the cart.
8. Shipping costs are added to the total Price.

Payment and Delivery Terms

This Complaints Policy regulates relations between the Seller (TechSpine LLC) and the Customer.

A complaint must include:

• identification of the Customer,
• subject of the complaint,
• date and signature.

The complaint can be submitted:

The complaint will be processed within 30 days.
